With complete documents, the Office of the Company Registrar usually issues the certificate within 3–5 working days. PAN registration follows within a day or two.
We do not publish rates. After a first consultation we set out the scope and terms in writing, and nothing starts until you have approved them.
Yes. We handle Department of Industry approvals, Nepal Rastra Bank filings, branch and liaison office setup, work permits and profit repatriation.
Yes. We act in matters before District Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court, and handle cases across Nepal. Court appearances, visits to authorities and physical filings are attended in person wherever the law or the process requires it. Consultations, document review, legal discussions, coordination and progress updates can often be handled virtually. Not every stage of a proceeding can be conducted remotely, and we will tell you clearly which steps need a physical presence.
